I love Seymour's sense of humor and yours, Russell. We are at a point where being able to laugh at the absurd lies and cover ups is necessary. Why would there even be a question as to who did it after President Brandon announced he was preparing to amd promised he would follow through with it? Most people in the military have a great sense of humor. The pilot getting the balloon painted on the plane is top tier military memery.

I have truly felt visceral grief on multiple occasions from the “steps” of the US and UK in promoting WWIII. Geopolitical madness led by inept foreign policy and incompetence! One of those stomach punches was the pipeline explosion. As if we needed “evidence” to guess who was responsible!

I love the way that Seymour figured out very quickly just how sharp Russell is, and from there you could see that these two could make for a longterm friendship with more of these enlightening chats in the future. And what a breath of fresh air it is to listen to two people speaking LOGICALLY and TRUTHFULLY about all of these things that have become taboo in the upside-down, propagandized western narrative... things like: NATO over-expansion, the 1990 Germany agreement to prevent NATO over-expansion, corruption in Ukraine, how the mainstream media outlets have become ridiculous and extremely one-sided, the historic significance of Hersh's journalistic accomplishments, the obviousness of who blew up Nordstream, as well as why Biden did it, along with some details on how it actually happened, and of course Russell's hat and Sy's chair. 😄❤

I went to Vietnam in 2002 and went to the memorial of My lai massacre, to this day it still haunts me what these villagers went through. I want to thank you for your journalism at that time and now. You are a legend sir.

I used to live on a sailboat in a large marina near Washington, D.C. and the marina was filled with luminaries like Sy. There was an ex-U2 pilot, an engineer that helped develop FM radio, doctors, lawyers, tech guys that developed their own programming language - just a bunch of super intellectuals that were just like Sy and so much fun to hang out with - those were the days. Boats attract really interesting people.

Seymour Hearst hard man to ignore with all his credentials yet somehow the American main stream media has managed to as if he were a phantom.

The fact that they did it under the cover of an exercise is profoundly dangerous. It puts countries on edge whenever military does an exercise. I was involved in NATO operation "Able Archer" 1988 with Norway and Great Briton; tens of thousands of troops with weapons of mass destruction landing within 200 miles of Soviet Union's Northwestern border. There were Soviet observers monitoring the operation for fear that it was just a ruse for a real invasion. As an intelligence analyst, even I wondered if it was real or not. The danger of nuclear war was very real.

Russel, when this gentleman was your age he would have worn his Sunday best to a Green Bay Packer game. Suit, hat, trench coat, and dress shoes when it was 20 degrees below zero. That’s just the way it was then. They froze their asses off and loved it. The same goes for his reaction to your hat. When was the last time he saw such a image…probably when he was reading The Cat in The Hat by Dr. Seuss to his children. So, it was initially difficult to take you seriously. You handled it beautifully and with grace. I think you recognized this dynamic occurring and, in a very humble and self deprecating way, you neutralized his concern and got him to relax and take down his guard. Well done!

Let's think about the political capital expended to destroy that pipeline. This is the kind of act that would destroy an alliance. Long story short: Yes, we are loyal to the US and the UK, and in "smaller things", we just follow their lead, but in something huge like this - something that is essentially an act of war against our mighty neighbor Russia (with which we have a lengthy border up north), with which we have had tense relations ... well, always, we would never do anything like this. We don´t like to do things that the UN has not said yes to anyway (we are literally obsessed with being a "good boy" in the world community), and the US might try to convince us, and in many things we would go along, but not with something like this. If it had been revealed, well, we could expect a Russian invasion the north, then. No way. This was not us. Maybe the US did it, but we had nothing to do with it.

There were clips on YouTube of retired US generals warning about the continual encroachment of NATO leading to conflict with Russia that were more than a decade old (from memory).
