I guess most people will not understand why the question, but for anybody who ever tried cocaine or amphetamine or witnessed people on drugs that's a clear YES. OMFG. When Putin said Zelensky’s “gang of drug addicts” are destroying Ukraine I dismissed this at the time as Putin simply losing his mind. Having seen this video Putin’s words all make sense.
Instead of blaming Putin for the disaster in Ukraine, the West might do better by asking itself how arming and financing cokehead gangsters will ever help bring peace to Ukraine and the region.
